In my actual opinion, it's probably too late to have the Falklands return to Argentina because they've been populated by brits for so long, and now overwhelmingly wants to be with the UK. Therefore, they should keep their current government.

However, Argentina should receive primary rights over the maritime zone (while still allowing necessary back and forth between the UK and the islands), since that's what they really should be going after.
