Exactly. If the boss doesn't want us to know how he spends his compensation, the same applies to him.
More to the point, if you can compensate someone and then make demands how they spend it, I suggest we apply that to corporations.
Every time I buy a gallon of milk at Walmart, I'm specifying they must spend it on space exploration. My religion demands space exploration as a priority.
