But not even Obamacare itself tried to ban insurers from profiling customers that way, it only limited how much more the older customers could be charged: base rate 1 at age 21, rising each year after 24 with double rates at about 53 and triple rates at 63. The Republican plan removes that restriction so even with income-based subsidies they would need age-based subsidies as well.

On the other hand, him being better would mean the GOP as a whole having an easier time pushing their agenda through, including the more reactionary, less libertarian part of their agenda. I doubt the war on drugs would get any better with that religious fundamentalist in charge.

He should at least know what he's doing on some level. Trump doesn't know what he's doing at all. And Pence isn't quite mentally ill in the same way where he doesn't even seem to be able to hold his owns story and forgets things constantly like Trump. I'd take Pence because at least I feel as if we could actually fight him more reasonably.

I think many of us fail to remember Pence's term as governor of Indiana and while I won't dump shit on Indiana, I think I can safely say its not exactly "paradise".
