He should at least know what he's doing on some level. Trump doesn't know what he's doing at all. And Pence isn't quite mentally ill in the same way where he doesn't even seem to be able to hold his owns story and forgets things constantly like Trump. I'd take Pence because at least I feel as if we could actually fight him more reasonably.
