To be fair the reason I think most of their decisions are strange is probably because I'm an originalist and apart from a few big names on the liberal side that's mainly a right wing point of view when it comes to judicial stuff.

In all seriousness though, if companies are people, why not churches? Yes, they don't pay taxes, but as the president's tax documents probably show, neither do a lot of American citizens. So why not?

The odd thing here is most churches I know of are already against porn, and many members of many Christian churches already protest at Pro-Life rallies and whatnot already, sooo...I don't understand why this part, again, is needed?
