In Sweden there's actually a massive survey about sexuality: the government is worried about people having less sex than in the past. Results are expected to be published in 2019. I bet 1,000 $ that they'll find a correlation between pornography and the lack of sex, and they'll crack on porn. Harshly, not so lightly as asking 20 $.

Or perhaps many of the people who don't have sex don't simply because they're a shut in and have few to no relationships going on in their life. Sex can be thought of as a "multiplayer only" sort of activity. If someone is set in their ways and doesn't go out of their way to go out and meet and talk to new people who'd possibly want to know them past the platonic stage, then no amount of outside help or intervention is going to change that. Banning porn certainly isn't going to make it go away. Nerds and geeks will always be "uncool." The simple fact is that there will be a portion of people who just won't accomplish all or even some of the milestones that society expects of them. There are winners and losers.
