If such a study is looking at all sorts of different countries, it stands to reason that many highly conservative countries have high rates of sexual violence against women and low accessibility to pornography.

I have several problems with the OP's argument, starting with the fact that it only really works if you assume that the only porn industry in existence is that of mainstream straight porn for straight men, which is absolute nonsense.

There is a big darn lot to criticize about the mainstream porn industry, but to go after all porn is to go after amateur porn and alternative porn, including (somewhat ironically, I'd say) BDSM femdom porn.

No, punishing pornographers for the mere act of creating porn would not be right, specially not in these days, where anyone with a small budget can become a pornographer and there's a clear demand for porn other than the one OP focuses on.
