I think ours had more to do with major dumping, and the law was merely carried over or not adjusted for other forms of littering. $250 for tossing a burger wrapper on the street seems excessive to me.

Idk, my gf's cat Freyja is normally super skittish around new people, but the first time I went to her house, within an hour, she was snuggling up to me and giving my hand little kitty kisses. It was absolutely adorable :3
So I always give her loads of attention.
She tries to groom me in return. Generally ends up with messed up hair. I guess cats have different beauty standards when it comes to hairstyles.

But then I have to focus on getting cuddly with the bf and gf and then they've another cat too and her roommate has a cat who if you let him into her room he'll knock all her nice art stuff down because he likes climbing a lot. Even managed to make his way into the freezer when I was getting ice for a drink, that was great.
