For the most part. Like Alex said, there's varying degrees. Some people aren't as wholly uncomfortable with their bodies as others.

I understand that, not everyone with ADD is a hyperactive nutcase (speaking from personal experience), but a psychological issue is a psychological issue.

Transgender is a dysphoria. Period.

However, that doesnt mean that one must dismiss, out of hand, the appeals to emotion in either case. Nor does that mean that one must accept them.

A line must be drawn, however. I consider transageism to be the logical extension of pedophelia (and the related behaviors). Your rights stop where someone elses rights begin. I do not accept transageism
