Yet, you don't say the same thing about the countless generations having access to cigarettes or alcohol...
Personally, good on Ottawa. I may not smoke it, but if others want to do it, and it is not harming others, then go knock yourselves out.

Depends on the strand, some have more of the high producing drug, while other's have more of the medical drug (And cannot actually get you high).
