Sorry, but god was not the first word in the sentence, so there was no reason to capitalize.

YHWH, Jehova, Allah? Christ perhaps?

Yes, I know the myths you were referring too. That doesn't make capitalization necessary, unless I am using their proper names.

They also refuse to believe each other, so that's a very defensible position to take.

I mean, if the scientists on our planet were split in a three-way race between the theory of gravity, the theory that everything is magnetic, and the theory that the earth just sucks, skepticism about gravity would be the only logical and objective position to take.

I didn't state that at all, nor is that pertinent to my claims.

Seems like you aren't actually disagreeing with each other.
Grave is saying people make that argument. Not saying the argument has merit
Gim is saying such arguments shouldn't be heeded. Not saying that Grave does heed them.

Still, with no evidence, your god remains a myth. Capitalized title, or not.

Personally, fear of eternal damnation is not my reason for belief in the bible however how can people be so dismissive of infinite loss compared to finite gains? Even though you may not accept the bible, does it not worry you slightly?

I don't worry, and Pascal's wager is the stupidest argument about religiousness ever.

I think you are forgetting the argument of "If god doesn't exist than who wrote the bible".

Nope.

It's an act of vicarious substitution, not forgiveness. Sin is not 'forgiven' in the sacrifice of the Lamb, it is hidden by blood.

Simlt the atheist don't believe in any God or other "mystical" creature or place. When we say "We don't believe any god" we didn't beleve an related antagonist and place. Atheist don't believe the eistence of the God, we don't beleve the existence of Satan, of Paraidise or hell, or other similar places..

Easy

Atheists not just not believe in God, but they also oppose Him, as has been demonstrated here.

That's a nonsensical claim.

Not just because it stereotypes hundreds of millions of people... but because it's internally illogical.
