So people in Ecuador like eating guinea pigs? I don't see what's big the difference between eating rabbits and guinea pigs. And rabbit meat is wonderful, especially if stewed with some mashed olives and a bit of wine.
And I'm rather sure I've eaten worse things than guinea pigs. So, frankly, I don't see what's the fuss.

Come to Italy. The best broth features beef tongue among other kinds of meat. And then you eat the boiled tongue cold with some sauce verte.
Or you can directly buy sliced, pickled tongue as cold cuts and eat it in a panino.Nanatsu no Tsuki wrote:Wasn't garum fermented fish, among other things?
Yup. The ultimate bisque.
