You should provide your own opinion, OP.

Anyway, I consider myself a liberal. The liberal ideology is the foundation of my own political views. I also like capitalism, but, as a liberal, I don't believe in unregulated capitalism.
You'd better believe I'm a bitter Bernie Sanders supporter. The Dems fucked up and fucked up hard. Hopefully they'll learn that neoliberalism and maintaining the status quo isn't the way to win this election or any other one. I doubt they will, though.

Liberalism was the machine through which the bourgeois dominated and exploited the entire world and was able to temporarily pacify the proletariat with notions that they would somehow rise above the exploitation to be equals of their oppressors, and capitalism is how the spoils of their exploitation were distributed, to the leaders of the bourgeois elite themselves.

Globalist capitalism must be destroyed. It is a blight and a poison upon the human race brought upon us by Bourgeois States, which must subject themselves to the World Proletariat or face imminent military action from without by the Liberation Armies of the GNA, and within by the Infiltration Corps of the GNA.

Depends what we mean by liberalism, but I am a ddemocratic socialist so make of that what you will.
This nation does not represent my actual views. A semi-feudal absolute monarchy going through political upheaval.

Leftist; democratic socialist with a helping of civic republicanism.

Any semblance of the old nation(s) no longer exists. This new nation is approximately 260 years after the last update to the former incarnation of this account. It was physically painful to delete all those factbooks....

Authoritarian socialist, British, and damned proud of it. The SNP are traitors, don't be fooled.

A bit heavy handed but dead on.

Political liberalism to have a democracy (free elections, effective separation of powers) it would be an obvious yes.

Capitalism only acceptable with a social straitjacket like the Christian Democracy or Social Democracy of Western Europe circa 1945-1975. And similar alternatives.

Otherwise ... well you only need to read the news to know, what Capitalism do when it doesn't need to pretend to be nice, even in "First" world countries.

Is this satire?
Carl Sagan, astrophysicist and atheist wrote:"Science is not only compatible with spirituality; it is a profound source of spirituality.

The notion that science and spirituality are somehow mutually exclusive does a disservice to both."

Yes it is. It's based on a quote by Gandhi about democracy. My point is that a lot of what masquerades as "liberalism" and "capitalism" nowadays (at least at the actual policy-making level) is nothing of the sort.

Which is better, squirrels or llamas?

No.

Which is better, squirrels or llamas? I like llamas.

Still no.

Which is better, squirrels or llamas? I like llamas because they are just so fuzzy and silly looking. While squirrels have been known to take on motorcycle riders and even the police, you cannot state that a squirrel is in any way better than the joy that is a llama.

Much better, this passes muster.
