what speech was that?

It was something about marketing the new healthcare bill. I only watched a little bit of it, but he eventually went on about how their plan to make America Great Again by cutting taxes and increasing government.

Nah, it was about caring for other people or something along those lines.

I was surprised as well. Apparently you can have a southern accent as long you live in a rural town and hate gays.

Guess I tend to forget that Southern Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio are pretty Southern. It's not just god ol' Dixie Land.

Columbus, Indiana is a city of 44.000 people. Not terribly rural.

I mean, the problem here is not that he is being told to resign. It is routine for all holdovers of the previous administration to resign so the new president can fill positions with the people he feels are best adequate for the job. So Bharara is not doing himself any favors, here.

The problem is the timing. It's too damn early for that, and it's leaving a big, gaping hole on the judiciary and the district courts.

Trump is the stereotypical douchebag in fiction who tries to claim credit for everything good and pass the blame for everything bad even if it's directly his fault.
