My idealized view of the conclusion of transhumanism is deeply rooted in some communistic aspects, I'll admit that. A quasi-hivemind that operates like a consensus direct democracy of all minds within it; making all socioeconomic decisions and lawmaking power, etc.

Stating "facts"? Lol. The transgender agenda? Lol. Unquestionable? Lol.

They weren't stating facts, and there is not a "transgender agenda" - or an LGBT agenda, for that matter - at work here preventing the truth from being known. The truth is, in fact, know, and the truth is that there's no agenda, but simply that alternative "facts" are being thrown around.

The truth is "transgenderism" is not an ideology nor a movement, the state of being transgender and the ensuing gender dysphoria being natural consequences of an imperfect process like conception, gestation and birth. The treatment is not being pushed by a hidden velvet mafia, but is based on modern medical ethics and evidence. Both the existence of trans* people and of the treatment are unpalatable to certain elements because of various reasons - mostly, it goes against their black-and-white, male-and-female view of the world - and they'd like to de-legitimize this by calling it an ideology, or a movement, and by saying the treatment is not appropriate by misrepresenting dysphoria and dysphoric people as simply delusional.

And the fact one could read through 80 megabibytes of abstracts and studies pulled from PubMed to form one's own opinion, to have bullshit thrown in one's face because "every opinion is of equal worth" and because no proof is required to state anything is very, very irksome.

Why do you think I would care about their views being changed?

Because I don't. The only thing I care about is stopping people from spreading misinformation and falsehood by peddling their opinion as fact, or by relying on debunked sources to further their agenda. This is also how I would define falsehood: if you don't support what you say and it can be proven wrong by a cursory search, or if what you say is supported by sources that were proven wrong and this can be proven by a cursory search, unless you can find something else or retract your statement you'd end up in prison.

Mao's Great Leap Forward killed between 18 and 55 million people in a meager four years. Stalin's reign in the USSR was responsible for between 34 to 49 million deaths, out of the USSR's 56 to 62 million unnatural deaths. Castro wasn't responsible for nearly as many deaths, but he certainly did many thousands - estimates range between 2 and 100. Still bad.
