Boy, the lady could sing!
Music 1: OPENING ACT I-OH, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNIN'
(SCENE: Aunt Eller Murphy, a buxom hearty woman about fifty, is sitting
behind a wooden, brass-banded churn, looking out over the meadow-which is
the audience-a contented look on her face, churning to the rhythm of a
gentle melody. Somewhere a dog barks twice and stops quickly, reassured. A
turkey gobbler makes his startled, swallowing noise. And, like the voice of
the morning, a song comes from somewhere, growing louder as the young singer comes nearer.)
CURLY: (Sings offstage):
There's a bright, golden haze on the meadow,
There's a bright, golden haze on the meadow.
The corn is as high as an elephant's eye
(He enters and stands tentatively outside the gate to the front yard)
An' it looks like it's climbin' clear up to the sky.
Oh, what a beautiful mornin',
Oh, what a beautiful day.
I got a beautiful feelin'
Everything's goin' my way.

Also, I did date someone for 9 months which was about 8 months and 3 weeks longer than it should have ever gone just because he was too stupid to understand life.

It used to be quite soothing to watch and I have spent a number of Sunday afternoons dozing ... I mean, watching golf. I also think that anyone who shouts "Get in the hole!" at the top of his lungs during a tournament should be summarily executed. *nod*
So let's not play together than. I have screamed a lot worse at the ball.

Hell, yeah. And she was in her 60s when she did that performance in the video. See, this is why I want them to invent practical two-way time travel, I want to see the original cast of Gypsy, and Carousel, and The Music Man, and Oklahoma, I want to see Drew Barrymore's grandfather doing Hamlet, I wanna see all the greats in their prime, live on stage. To hell with Cicero and his "Quo usque tandem abutere, Catilina, patientia nostra?" I wanna sit in the audience when the curtain goes up ...Music 1: OPENING ACT I-OH, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNIN'

Oh no I totally understood the reference I just skirted around it because my girlfriend has never lasted that long. And we've been dating for over two years now.

Good. The last thing you ever want to start thinking while in those moments is about anything other than what's happening. When you start wondering if you fed the cat or if you locked the door, you're losing interest.

That was two o'clock in the morning, and I get my date back to her apartment, and the two of us are alone, and we're going pretty good. I have to explain this very delicately, 'cause it's really tentative. As I... as I am an inordinately...passionate...man. Volatile. Sensual. In general a stud. When making love...when making love...in an effort...to prolong...the moment of ecstacy...I think of baseball players. All right, now you know. The two of us are making love violently, she's digging it, I figure I better start thinking of ballplayers quickly. So I figure it's one out, the ninth, the Giants are up. Mays lines a single to right, he takes second on a wild pitch. Now she is digging her nails into my neck. I decided to pinch-hit for McCovey. Alou pops out. Haller singles, Mays holds third. Now I got a first-and-third situation. Two out, the Giants are behind one run. I don't know whether to squeeze or steal. She's been in the shower for ten minutes, already. This is too...I can't tell you anymore, this is too personal. The Giants won.
