They should start looking at jobs after college during their last semester, ideally, or since the beginning of their senior year. If they do get jobs while in college I might take away their pay once, as I said on the RMB, just to show them that money isn't the thing they should focus on and just because they have a job they shouldn't feel too cocky about themselves having pocket change and think they can do what they want because of it.
