Me? Nothing much. I did dishes, carried pots down to the yard, made sauerkraut.

I love Sauerkraut, I wanna come visit!

It's really easy to make. You get some finely shredded cabbage - I buy it in 10 ounce bags at Safeway - and add 1 teaspoon of kosher salt per each bag. Then you massage the salt into the cabbage for about ten minutes. It will become very wet, which is good. Previous to this you should have washed a quart mason jar with lots of soap and hot water. Fill the jar about halfway with cabbage and pour in some of the liquid. Push the cabbage down until it's under the liquid. I use a wooden muddler, it looks like a six-inch baseball bat. I then fill a sandwich-size plastic bag about half full of water, squeeze out most of the air and tuck that down inside the jar. That keeps the sauerkraut submerged. It takes about a week to ferment. You can start tasting it after maybe four or five days. When it gets to where you like it, put it in the fridge, that slows down the fermenting. And there you has it.

its sad in a way, she really use to be something, she is actually a pretty good musican, and she always was high energy, but that was charatature. . the weird thing is i am still glad i watched it
