Something tells me you're talking about 2000's Cuba while NS Miami Shores is talking about 1970-1980's Cuba.

USSR was too centralised in the wrong areas leading to huge mistakes and inability to adapt. It was decentralised in wrong part and centralised in other parts which were wrong.

Of course I do. I think communism in a whole was good for Poland. Polish communism could of been better if they followed a more traditional M-L route than siding with Khrushchev. I want a society that people can achieve what they desire to be where class does not matter a paradise where one's ability is important not their starting location.
