Probably. They ruined our future in the 70s and 80s by attacking fusion and hydro. No doubt they will do so again. If not for the green types we could be so much greener, ironically.

Venezuela and Cuba receive NK exports with open arms, yet I doubt they can really afford coal.

Venezuela can't even afford to export its own oil, let alone buy foreign coal.

Food is one thing. But coal is a power source. It allows North Korea to run some of it's antiquated technology. Without coal, they're screwed.
