I still do not see how you got to that conclusion from those two paragraphs. Torture need not be a punishment, it might just be because someone likes to torture people.

Yeah, well I have some hope that it can be dragged out of the mud where it is. It's why I keep the label, despite a lot of people making some very stupid assumptions based on that label.
