This is indeed very confusing, and beside the point. I am a liberal feminist, and a transhumanist, and have a moral opposition to reproduction - but this means nothing, because I made a few points and I have yet to see any rational, coherent counterpoints: somehow, the rights of the foetus should override the rights of the mother when nothing similar is considered lawful or moral - even corpses have a right to not be harvested for the good of society, and they are definitively not human nor a legal person anymore.

It seems to me that "liberal feminist" is being used as a buzzword for the counterpart to rally behind, by ascribing our arguments not to reasoning, but the fact we are "liberal feminists" and as such irrational followers of the party line. A way to other us and ignore our arguments, in short.
