It's been a long time ago. It was an interesting time and I gained some insight through it. I have upgraded my game since then, rest assured.

I think it depends of a porn. Most probably does not degrade, as there is nothing "degrading" about active sexual life. It just gives unrealistic thoughts to some that this is how it works... But honestly, if someone watches porn and thinks that this is how society works, then they are fucking idiots.

As there are plenty of over sexual people, losing porn industry would make everything way worse. Just let people watch porn, and teach them to respect real life people.

Like I said before, compare it to video games. We are not gonna ban violent video games, are we?

Porn isn't supposed to be real and what happens there is almost always heavily coreographed to varying degrees. It can be even, in some ways, a ritualized sex performance.

Given that the label is applied by outsiders trying to demonize all individual movements within under one easy umbrella, that's on purpose.

Pretty much the only two things that are shared in common between redpillers, PUAs, MGTOW, and MRAs, are an opposition to feminism (though how and why is different for all four), and "maleness". The vast majority of people who use the term (barring Saiwana, basically) have a hatred for both, and thus see all four as different heads of the same thing, in spite of the reality of things.

It is a great disappointment to many if the legend of Roosh V has really come to an end and he's more of a normie now. He appears to no longer be someone the Manosphere can rally behind or follow. But if he no longer wants to be apart of that world, I suppose that is their decision to make.

Why does the Manosphere rally behind people with questionable morals and attitudes anyhow, especially when they're criticizing second and third wave feminists for doing the exact same thing? Most of these people don't deserve to be lionized and, in a healthy society, they wouldn't be.

Honestly, the men’s shelter thing is explicitly about money. The government provides a certain amount of money for shelters, and the people explicitly working against men’s shelters don’t want any going to men on the basis of their sex.

The alternative would be letting men in danger from their own spouses into Women's Shelters, I suppose.

No such thing to them - normal thing in feminist shelters is to accuse men abused by their spouses of being the abuser in disguise.

The rumors I've come across is that Roosh V isn't Redpill anymore. He's allegedly turned to God in their words and has renounced extramarital sex. This is a man who used to be about nothing but the quest to sleep with as many women as possible and pick up artistry in general. What happened? I didn't see this coming and I'm skeptical. But if true, this is a sea change in their activities and behavior.

There's no stability or long-term happiness in persistently acting like a douche and/or predator. You're not going to reap the benefits of genuine love, family life, and community. That's why most people eventually have some desire to settle down with a person of their preferred sex and/or gender who connects with them on a deep mental and spiritual level. And G-d doesn't really approve of promiscuity or premarital sex either so if he experienced a religious awakening those would be some of the first things to go. He's no longer red-pilled. Now he's just based.
