You mean that thing that isn't actually being reported anywhere or said by anyone?

Bush never went on public tirades whenever anyone suggested that he wasn't universally loved by everyone. He didn't attribute his failing to win the popular vote to widespread fraud. His staff didn't try to pass off old photos to make his crowds look bigger or bus in cheerleaders to give him standing ovations at speeches. He didn't run on a platform aimed at fuelling hate and division within the country.

So yes, I prefer Bush.

This is why no one takes you seriously must be nice living in that fantasy land of yours.

Hillary clinton said president trump would be a russian puppet in the white house, Keith Olbermann called president Trump a russian whore, as well as a puppet, and said the USA has been taken over by a russian coup. Trever Noah has called him a puppet as well NYT calls him russians poodle... Bill Maher called him illegitimate, John Lewis called him illegitimate, could go on further but no need to.

and then here you are with "No is saying or actually reporting that is an illegitimate Russian spy or some bullshit."

So you won't have any problems finding examples of people currently saying it then.

That you prefer bush? Your reasoning makes some sense, I just feel trump is more moderate and less likely to undergo interventionism of Bush or Clinton.

I don't know how far-right you must be if you think Trump of all people is a 'moderate'.

I think destroying countries is a little worse than being conservative on social issues. Moreover, I think you would find yourself agreeing mainly with Bush on social issues, since President Bush tends to be a fairly traditional Christian.

Bush, without question. For his foibles, Bush at least made a show of trying to justify his actions abroad, and was a lukewarm conservative on social issues, which he mostly deferred to his cabinet posts.

Bush, and I spent eight years being convinced he was literally the worst president imaginable.

Yes, Trump is really that bad.

Edit (2021): This isn't apologia for Bush. The dude is a war criminal who caused the death of millions. I don't feel comfortable ascribing a single positive quality to him (even if he has some) that might minimize that. When he left, though, he didn't instigate a violent insurrection to hold on to power.

I'll have to say Trump. The Bush presidency was a complete disaster (war in iraq, no child left behind, housing bubble, steel tariffs, etc.) while it is too early to tell with Trump so far nothing he has done made me completely oppose him (although the money it would take to build the wall worries me.)

$15-25 billion. It is actually a heap of garbage since it means the wall will cost 0.2% of GDP in the worst-case scenario.

Remember how Trump blamed the rise of ISIS on the US not doing the proper thing and stripping the Iraq of all of its oil after toppling Saddam?
