Even if that where the case it does not say that there was an issue when she was hired. Also, there is no need for mental instability to be a whistleblower, You should provide more evidence then I think this is the case

He was a little freak who should not have been in the military at all, that's what i got out of that 'hearsay', he didn't mesh with the military environment. He should have been discharged with a personality disorder.
Why should a person who was being bullied be dismissed? Seems to me if she was being bullied there is a problem in discipline.

What exactly qualifies as torture and is the "torture" worse simply because Manning was trans? Because bringing that up on either side of the debate cheapens one's personal choice unless it is entirely relevant.

He was not compatible with the military environment.

According to experts and his own attorneys;

Moulton testified Manning suffered from gender dysphoria, previously classified as gender identity disorder by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, as well as having traits of "narcissistic personality," "borderline personality," and "abnormal personality." Manning's family issues, deployment, and his inability to be treated for his gender dysphoria exacerbated the traits, leading to grandiose ideas and arrogance that were escalated during distress and caused "severe emotional distress at the time of the alleged offenses."

Finally. Good for him, and good for her.
While she had no regrets about throwing the lever to douse her husband's mistress in molten gold, Blanche did feel a pang of conscience for the innocent bystanders whose proximity had caused them to suffer gilt by association.

It was basic and most of it from DSs. From what I've seen in the reports and heard from veterans, it was run of the mill kind of stuff.

Why not Snowden?

Assange is wanted in Sweden more than the U.S.

Snowden is taking refuge with a country we've sanctioned and are presently suspecting of influencing domestic U.S. politics through hacking, so not quite the same thing.

Not sure. He also pardoned General James Cartwright, who leaked information about the US role in Stuxnet and pled guilty to making false statements during the probes of the leaks.

Solitary confinement for months and months on end, threatening punishment for suicide attempts, etc. Is it torture worse because she's trans? No, that wouldn't make sense. But the fact that she's trans contributed to the treatment of her.

Even if he could, i don't know if that would be a very just thing to do. Unless it was an extreme circumstance.
