It's a point there,but life jackets aren't made of bullets.

EDIT:Reading more,it is somewhat of a bad idea. For one,they don't protect from every bullet.

Where did you get that impression? We need bullets to feed our cows, and as life jackets. Now, if you want me to use arrows on the immigrants, that is worth it.
