It's like you (and Minarchistan, for that matter) didn't even bother reading the abstract, but worry not CM has provided the quotation above. In the meantime I wish you luck in your fantasized crusade against the nonexistent laughingly stereotypical justice warrior.

I did read it before posting, goofus. And if you read it, the excerpt clearly points that fiscal orthodoxy, right-wing and protection of private property were the pillars for Botswana progress.

Looking at some of them right now.

While I tend to adjust my arguments in a debate in accordance to the intellectual capacity of my opponent, I think this is a new low. Not even anime pics are worthy of this.

Nor do I particularly object to these policies. Rather, as the abstract has pointed out, the relatively minimal amount of damage that colonialism inflicts upon Botswana, not to mention that it is considered relatively lacking in resources prior to 1970s and thus not subjected to worse exploitation, also greatly assisted its development.

Destruction of its pre-colonial institutions, abuse by the Rhodesian minority elite, and Mugabe's disastrous policies?

You just took the bait and proved my thesis: most of the destruction from the African nations was done without the European influence.

From where did you infer "most", and likewise for the "African nations"? Not even going to "without the European influence" part yet.

Wrong. While European nations had their fair share of raping Africa, most problems were developed when they became independent nations. You can easily check that once you view the amount of (socialist?) dictatorships there. On the other hand, Botswana is the fastest growing African nation and can easily excel many other developing countries, such as Zimbabwe, their (inflationary) neighbour.

Botswana is ruled by a half white king who attended Sandhurst, whereas Zimbabwe is ruled by a black supremacist who attended University College London.

Colonialism didn't inflict damage; the least de-colonised African states are also the most successful.

This isn't surprising because Sandhurst manages to pack a better education into 18 weeks than UCL does in 3 years.

Most white nationalists consider race mixing to be "genocide" for some reason. I never knew why. Even when I was one, I thought it was pretty melodramatic.

While most of your past moderation history is old, you do have a lot of it. You should know better than to call people "it," and this disparaging "SJW" stereotype isn't a good thing to throw at a specific player.

Despite being the one post that got reported, this actually isn't as bad as the two above.
