Well, legalizing it and regulating age restrictions would curb the illegal drug trade since there would be legal shops.

You could just crack down on unlicensed drug shops/dealers rather than the entire industry in general. It's a much more narrow enemy to deal with.

Well if you legalized them they would be getting their drugs in a back alley but in a drugstore where everything can be regulated. Also the store could refuse to serve you while high like they do to those who have had to much to drink

It's why I consider myself conservative now. I used to be liberal, then centrist, and now conservative. It was all relative to how seriously I took my Christianity.

Explain which sort of prostitution you're speaking of.

I am okay with allowing prostitutes to work as independent contractors or sole proprietors of one-person "companies". Meaning, ban pimping.

I am not okay with the model where pimps are allowed to hire prostitutes.

Well they can be independent or can organize themselves into a larger organization.

This organization though would have to be similar, in my opinion, to a chamber of commerce/union/syndicate where they can have a collective bargaining power at the local, state, and national level.

The Church used to own a lot of brothels. Also it allows them to be safe and clean compared to being underground where that is prevented. You end up helping some of the most disadvantaged people this way.

Liberalism has severely decayed Church moral authority and has resulted in the break down of the family structure. The left is inhabited by many individuals that would love nothing more than see the extinction of Christianity.

Why can't you? They're workers, they have the capacity do so, they have done so in the past. And cops will want to be careful if they go around bashing unionised workers.
