Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and part of Colorado will be reannexed by Mexico, Washington and Oregon will be annexed by Canada, everything west of the Mississippi will be annexed by France, Florida will become part of Cuba, all the other states east of the Mississippi will be divided between Canada and the UK, Alaska will become Russian once more, and Hawaii, since it was previously a nation, will once again receive independence.

So my guess is that only Hawaii will succeed as an independent nation.

And as I said earlier (I have lived in every state I've commented on) that coastal and upstate would be the best locations. Though the area around Rock Hill may be okay as long as you remember to stay out of the big cities.

We have cattle ranches (feeding a huge portion of the country), we have large game, elk, moose, mule deer, blacktails, antelope...we have a large number of people who breed horses and also large numbers of mustangs for those who need a cheaper horse. We have the Rockies, if needed, we have several rivers full of clean, snow-melt, water straight out of the mountains and some of it comes from peaks that the snows never completely melt off of: Some of these have hydro electic dams on them. We also have large numbers of people who raise SHEEP, ie, wool. We have textile manufacturing...so that's food and clothes. We have iron mines...and manufacturers, small ones but big enough for the state. That takes care of anything made from steel.

Hmmm, let's see. We can feed and clothe ourselves, provide electric and heat on our own....and we're used to not having things like a movie theatre or fancy stores or a Wally Mart, we can do without that stuff fine.

You know as they population grow, you gonna see alot of Mexicans in Wyoming or other non-Hispanic areas.
