Patents are fairly straightforwards, in my opinion. Don't know about copyright, considering it's protections aren't as "absolute".

Though patents also heavily rely on your phrasing. One word can drastically change the scope of your protection, in a way. At least that's what I gathered from my course on intellectual property.

Ah, I see then.

Shame you can't make beer from milk. If so, your economy would be running exclusively on Australian thirst.

Not much that can be done for that, sadly. Except maybe booze, but I'm not a drinker so I can't join. :P

Mouth cancer and gangrene for us. The government is looking at introducing plain packaging like Australia. The government also taxes the shit out of cigarettes. A standard 20 pack of cigarettes will cost about $30 by 2020.

My last two packs were a set of rotting teeth and a breathing stoma.

Seeing that disturbing shit stressed me out so I smoked a cigarette.

The exchange rate is basically that one dollar in NZ is on par with one dollar in Singapore. And the way you look at cigarette prices is the way I look at Singapore's car prices.

I noticed and indeed it is; hell, the cost of the certificate of ownership is, at this point, the cost of a good car in many parts of the world.

The US. Cigs here are expensive. I was a bad chain-smoker so I'd easily go through 3-4 packs a day, or smoke so many right after another in one sitting I'd feel sick. As you can see, I always make amazing life choices.

Well, my family afforded it by buying the title during The Great Recession. Was like a thousand dollars a pop at the time, I think.

Basically, the only way to by was for demand for cars to have plummeted so badly that no one was willing to pay a high price to own them.

Or else maybe it was mostly the wealthy who decided against it and the poor/middle class who still had stable incomes went and bought them, thus the price just kept being down because of that, idk.

I mean $122,000 for a five door hatchback is insane. $122,00 could get you a mid-range Mercedes S-Class. Or a house if you went to some town in the middle of nowhere.
