Or maybe the black lipstick does enough?
I'll think it over a bit more, but the foremost resource I'd have on it would of course tell me yes.
If you do it you have to show! Cause you know I will.

I will. Even out the lipstick on the top lip, dont want too much of a divide. But I think an undecut would look really good on you. :) If you go for some bronze eye shadow, itll pop your eyes more me thinks!

I need a lip liner to use that lipstick properly. Another thing I can't afford. I need my brows properly done too, I think they've ended up too far apart.
I was using my pewter liquid eyeshadow that Stila recently released, not sure if I'm using it right. Going to have to ask my makeup artist friend how to do it properly.
I'll contemplate it, severely. I'd like to go with a fringe though, I hate my forehead.

You seem to have good hair for a fringe! Mine is fairly thin (always has been) and has retreated upwards more than I'd like.

If you undercut, could do a swept with the long hair so it covers part of your face and de-highlights your forehead. Using some contouring on your cheeks will also draw away from it. Plus finding the right eye shadow.

It's funny how hair works last week I went into my usual place and the only person there was a straight dude with greasy rocker hair, I was apprehensive at first but he did my brows and hair exactly how I wanted from a picture, I learned to not feed into stereotypes that day.

Hairdressers are usually up for whatever, particularly if it's less boring than "short back and sides". Mind you, I've had the same hairdresser since I was fourteen.

I go to a cost cutters type location so I'm amazed when they work out what I'm looking for.

My hair right now is the shortest in a while. I might let it grow back to how I had it back in 2012.

My hair does what it wants. It's very thick and slightly wavy, so it always settles into the same shape.

You're lucky it is slightly wavy.

Mine's curly, as in thick curls.

Maybe when it's longer :p

Although my hair is black, so it's going to be rough on my hair to treat it and then dye it.

My hair has grown out to be sort of nose-length at the front, jaw-length at the sides, shoulder-length at the back. Normally I just part it down the middle and push it back from my face. I tried a side parting once but it looked like I had a combover. It's slightly wavy at this length, which gives it a bit of volume.

I'd say this is my hair, approximately, when curly and long:
