I've abandoned my chair. I don't want to sit down ever again. I've created a makeshift standing desk that is about the perfect height. My joints get stiff enough that I'm compelled to move more on my own, I don't even have to think about it. This I probably should've done 10+ years ago. The physical difference is astounding.
