The status would be dormant, the feelings weren't known to be that of transgender.

It's nice to say that someone who comes out as trans was always trans, and it's important to a lot of trans people and I'm sure it's true for them, but I've never felt it was accurate for me.

See, the popular conception of a trans woman is someone who knows that they're a woman from an early age, despite being assigned a male identity. And, because I didn't identify as a woman, I felt that I couldn't be trans, despite wanting to be a woman and experiencing gender dysphoria.

So in a way that conception of the transgender identity actually held me back. Personally - and this applies of course only to myself, I'm not forcing my definition on you - I wasn't trans until I realised I was trans. I used to be a man, and now I'm in the process of becoming a woman.

It kind of reminds me of the tree in the forest with milder levels of dysphoria. Does a tree in a forest still make a sound if nobody's there to hear it? It's how I thought it was merely anxiety issues for over a decade just to realize the source at 23.

What your face looks like, what your body looks like, that's nice, but I knew some REALLY pretty girls, when I was in high school, and a good number of them were...NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. What makes you glow the most is your heart! Because when you're kind and friendly, everything about you glows! : D

I know that sounds rather...idealistic, but it's always how I've seen things, and one of the reasons I've never been quite as interested in celebrities and how they look (though I've always had my crushes). If you're a kind, caring person, and you work hard to do great things in life, that's what makes you beautiful.

There's probably no fewer than a dozen in NSG at minimum. I'm one of the eldest in that gathering at 25, but I know that I'm likely to be a lone wolf for most of my life if I don't move to a larger dating pool.
