Yes. A tradition going back 116 years on a day that looks to be great for winter (High around 9C/48F under mostly sunny skies). As long as the parade doesn't run too late, it'll go off without a weather hitch. A chance of freezing rain tomorrow night into Monday morning. There's also NFL football on tomorrow, so I am in heaven tomorrow. Then on January 2, the reality of the new year will settle in and I'll put my tinfoil hat back on.

I'd always imagine bleach implying that it turns the hair white.... which I guess that's what you meant, but that you want to dye it, hence you need to whiten it.

Chloroform is actually scarily easy to make. It is, however, quite deadly so that's a good thing. There's better ways to get that done -- the bleaching hair, I mean. :lol2:

You can use some bleach powder and peroxide to bleach your hair -- yes. It's better just to buy lighteners or go to a salon though, not to mention safer.
