I have played Red, Crystal, Yellow, Emerald and X. Found out about the pokemon Gallade long after the fact.

You'll love Pokemon moon, best one I've ever played and I've played all of them. The professor is so... tan cousin.

Yeah I see they actually shifted away from the gym system, that's pretty cool. I'm looking forward to it. And I hope the story's good too, Pokémon XY suddenly made the series lore interesting, I don't want that to stop.

I picked a very bad period of time to be going through the last half of my homework......

The better news is that it seems relatively simple... kinda. Sort of.

Yeah black and white is when they started trying with the story and x and y the game mechanics and graphics. This time around everything is perfect. No HMs either, I adore these new games.

Yes, I do believe they're tms or certain Pokemon like gyrados learn them by level up now as they're good for them. Let me know if you get the game soon, I'd love to restart and have someone to battle on the way

I have all 3. I actually loved the popllio line. Sounds really dumb but he was spoiled when I learned my brother was ill and a goofy happy sea lion helped me at the time. Weird I know

I learned there is hope in this world today. In some parts of the world it is already 2017. The year is finally going to end. Hallelujah! Holy shit! Where's the Tylenol?!

Aw that's sweet. And I know that goofy happy sea line ends up evolving into a pretty cool siren but I love Azumarill too much to swap it out with the new water fairy.

I'll probably eventually WiFi trade for it or something just to fill up the dex, but its not a priority for me.

You're setting yourself up for disappointment. There's a second cold war to look forward to in 2017. A third Syrian ceasefire failure. Trump taking office. Yaaaaaaay!

Hour left to go here. It was an a'ight year. Just mainly a setup for a more eventful one, really. It all begins.

Yeah, let me know when you have the game and I can get you starter eggs.
I plan to restart, got a shiny mini trump to go through the game with, want to catch different pokes this time.
Word of warning, you can build affection for your Pokemon in this game by feeding them on this mini game thing and cure their statuses. Really high affection breaks the game as it causes your Pokemon to crit 50% the time Insta cute status and a high chance to endure killing blows which can happen multiple times in a row.

Only letting you know as I see it can make the game too easy, why I avoided it myself

Really, it's less that it's so nerve-wrecking in terms of the way that you do it; it's just nerve-wrecking in the sense of HOW you do it and because a lot of it involves a criteria you have to follow when doing it because industry standard, so.... blargh.

I'm just as fearful as the coming year as I am disappointed by the passing year. That doesn't mean I can't hold out hope for one night. Just one 24-hour period. Also, tomorrow will be the annual Mummers Parade here in Philadelphia, considered to be the oldest folk festival in the United States. Tomorrow's parade will be the 116th parade. It will be my first in 20 years. YAY!

Yes. A tradition going back 116 years on a day that looks to be great for winter (High around 9C/48F under mostly sunny skies). As long as the parade doesn't run too late, it'll go off without a weather hitch. A chance of freezing rain tomorrow night into Monday morning. There's also NFL football on tomorrow, so I am in heaven tomorrow. Then on January 2, the reality of the new year will settle in and I'll put my tinfoil hat back on.
