Any thoughts as we face the final curtain in the form of Donald Trump?

When it comes to the Philippines, I try my best to distance myself from it's politics.

Instead, I take the time to appreciate what the fine archipelago has to offer.

The Philippines is a beautiful country in the face of it's unprincipled politicians. The beating hearts of the country in Manila, Davao, etcetera, is a sight to behold (as long as you are careful).

I've actually been in Sarangani awhile back, and the beaches there are so nice. White sands and calm waters all around.

Being able to "distance yourself from the politics" is a luxury that so many people can't afford to do.

Duterte is cretinous and treacherous, point blank and period.

I take it that the Filipinos' way of life is perpetually immersed in it's doddery politics.

If they have to force you to be interested in today's news then they're doing something wrong.

So... Canada is walking on a thin wire.

Though in my opinion I barely care of what Canada did and what Trudeau said.

Also guess who spent an hour and a half in EDSA with his family when it was Saturday!
