All indications are that this is impossible and won't ever happen. Native Americans have just been too thoroughly destroyed by the European colonization of the Americas and as a group, they're more content to fight amongst themselves or assimilate into modern society if not keep to themselves on the reservations which have been allotted to them. There is certainly no unification amongst all native American tribes nor do they uniformly identify with such a goal as a separate nation. These days, the separate tribes in the US are seemingly more concerned with their economic development than in political activism which they know has and will often prove fruitless.
