Personally, I have little good to say about any Somalian government after Siad Barre (although Barre also had his crazy moments, for example the invasion of Ogaden). I don't know too much about the differences between the many factions of post-1991 Somalia, so I wouldn't know very well what to think of the ICU. I definitely am no fan of the Transitional Government either, that's for sure.

Personally, I have little good to say about any Somalian government after Siad Barre (although Barre also had his crazy moments, for example the invasion of Ogaden). I don't know too much about the differences between the many factions of post-1991 Somalia, so I wouldn't know very well what to think of the ICU. I definitely am no fan of the Transitional Government either, that's for sure.
