Not very likely. There are no more Islamic schools for secondary education in the Netherlands. There once were many, but each and every one turned out to be run and managed by crooks who embezzled money and promoted exam fraud.

It's not vague.
Also, the only way sexual relations can happen in a halal way is through marriage (and even then it's regulated a little bit [can't do anal sex]). Since homosexual intercourse is haram, Muslims can't do so, and getting married is against the command of Allah (SWT). http://legacy.quran.com/75/39
