It's been a while since I've seen the NDAA FY2012 referenced. I fully agree that President Obama should have pushed for Sections 1021 and 1022 to be eliminated from the law -- but it's worth noting that the powers stipulated under these two provisions were already codified by the 2001 AUMF passed by Congress after 9/11. And there have been no documented cases under which there has been indefinite detention under the NDAA (at least in the sense where an American citizen was detained on our soil with no just cause).

The law is also pretty clear about indefinite detention only being applicable towards people who were involved in terrorist activities. There's an argument to be made that this power could be abused by a future POTUS, but I don't think that would stand the muster of a court challenge.

How would it be fraud? I wouldn't consider it fraud. I'd be saving the country from itself. Trump is a danger to democracy and should be stopped from taking office or removed from office on day one. Id rather have Pence and for me that is saying something. At least he knows how to govern. He was a governor after all.

Discarding electoral college ballots isn't permitted by any rule in the election system that I'm aware of. Faithless electors are, but not ditching enough votes to choose the other person. Even if they could, I doubt they would.

Congress can, in fact, discard a state's electoral college votes. They could, in theory, discard the votes from every state that voted for Donald Trump. Of course, this is beyond unlikely and only technically distinct from impossible.
