And "it seems like this might have happened" =/= "this definitely happened".

If Europe can be intimidated by Russia.
They'd be scared shitless if we parked a Carrier Group in the english channel or the north sea.

Not like they can do shit about it.

And that is exactly what the Euros want us to do. Pick up the tab so they do not have to. One of the few things I sort of agree on with mr Trump is that the Euros aren't carrying their weight.

Europe might actually be better off without the EU. Every single decision made there seems to be "not enough for half the countries, and too much for the other half". Too much compromise, and there are times when compromise is the worst possible thing (not always, but sometimes).

What are you trying to say? Sure Trump has advocated skepticism of global warming, my point was merely that you were incorrect to claim that meeting with a person means agreeing with them on everything, or a change of policy.

I said it could suggest that. Not that it definitely meant that.

U.S., U.K., Poland, Greece and Estonia. Maybe NATO should be just those five for now.

I'm struggling to figure out what was actually newsworthy in that article. It admitted that it wasn't clear the guy was going to get a post, and the reason for the visit wasn't entirely clear.

At the very least the EU is going to have to reform, to keep from falling apart.

They would just dismantle their militaries and let us keep doing all the work :p

I agree, but what would those reforms consist of?

Oh no.

Europe always needs a devastating conflict before it rights itself.

More workable, more accountable system of government, the current EU system is a mess. Less red tape for the sake of red tape. Less overbearing and micromanaging, more a lose association focused on a few issues. Something like the 10th amendment, but with more teeth.
Possibly have the EU be a lose association of several, smaller organizations. Say separate Nordic, Eastern European, Southern European, Central unions, with the EU a overarching coordinator, but most things delegated to lower levels.

Just some thoughts. But that is their problem, not ours.

We'll reform the Union into a Russian-killing death machine's logistical support network! :p

It seems to be the only way to appease the more sovereigntist groups in the Union.

Now let's play a new game. Which is Donald Trump and which is me mocking Donald Trump?

Totally unfunny one sided show SNL gets boring unfunny Alec Baldwin to ridicule my huge press conference!

NBCNews is bad but Saturday Night Live is the worst of NBC. Not funny, cast is terrible, always a complete hit job. Really bad television!

The sentence is too long. Trump is a fan of short sentences. That was the only give away.
