Well, while this is still unverified (the source being something Derpy may have heard on what might have been FOX) I don't see the problem. Illegal immigrants are lucky they aren't being deported en masse - which is unfortunately a logistical nightmare. But their mere existence in the US of A is breaking the law, so if they are accused of a crime (say, theft etc.) it only makes sense to use the convenient opportunity for the government to do what it is supposed to do - deport them. And it has the added benefit of discouraging crime among the more honest illegal immigrants (technically, they're all criminals, but if they could limit their crimes it'd be nice).

Except that some of the " Illegal immigrants" came to the US legally. Like say, refugee camps. Then got married, had a non violent drug offence, spent time in prison, got out, and then deported for no reason.
