There isn't any proof that Hillary is an actual New York liberal? News to me. Or was there no proof that that relationship was dodgy? Again, color me surprised.

Babbling aside, my point is that evangelicals weren't exactly spoiled for choice. Saying "evangelicals should have voted for Hillary because Trump isn't evangelical" is analogous to saying "Socialists should have voted for Trump because Hillary isn't socialist".

oh yes you were talking about her being a new York liberal. THAT was the thing you were implying.

No. One is consexual and the other is not. The one that is non-consensual is clearly more f*cked up, unless you are looking at it from the position of a serial rapist who gets off on a lack of consent.

We better check Frenq's basement.

*** Warned for flamebait ***

Even if you don't come out and explicitly say that Fren is for sure a serial rapist, there was no reason to suspect it or suggest it. If it's supposed to be a joke, well, jokes are supposed to be funny.

chagrined isn't the word.

dismayed is.

so you have 2 new York liberals. one who has been married 3 times and cheated on all of them (or at least tried to with #3), who isn't seriously religious, who is a liar, cheater, fraudster, etc and one who has been married once, has been religious all her life and who has worked all her life for the benefit of the country.

so they vote for the one with no moral center.

dismaying.

This witch hunt against Jeff Sessions needs to end. Particularly on Cory Booker's part since Booker previously praised Sessions' civil rights work less than a year ago.

Party loyalty and decades of Hillary Hate indoctrination works wonders making sanctimonious evangelicals vote for a serial adulterer.
Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.
The probability of one's participation in homosexual acts is directly proportional to one's public disdain and disgust for homosexuals.
If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

More importantly, there are midterms. We can neuter Trump if we can get back the Senate in 2018.

I think the House is more likely.

I expected some dead fish flailing from the Democrats against all of his cabinet picks but a kangaroo court where they pull out a senator who had previously praised Sessions to say how ebul he was is ridiculous.

And if they pull this bs for every cabinet pick it will take forever and just hold up anything from actually getting done.

Yeah, Tillerson's just not fit. I wanted Bolton to get the gig but Tillerson just came out of nowhere. No one had even heard about him until it was announced that he'd be nominated.

It is indeed a shame if to prevent the will of a democratic election from being enacted.

You sure? The House is more prone to incumbency effects than the Senate since Senators are higher-profile.

Yeah. I don't really take issue with "getting along" with Russia but having such blatant ties to a foreign government (and their leader) is a bad thing. And the guy has no foreign policy experience whatsoever.

The Republicans shouldn't have spent the last eight years doing exactly this if they didn't want it turned right back around on them.
