Not especially, honestly, since one has backing from intelligence officials as told secondhand by an anonymous source (who is contradicted by other intelligence officials).
Such is especially not backed if by 'Russia connections' one means 'Russia hacked the election'. Which has less evidence than birtherism even, honestly, since the White House came out and said such didn't happen and nobody (including Jill Stein) has been able to locate any shred of impropriety.

Pennsylvania has a Democratic counting bias. The Philly area comes in first and then the rural west comes in. Look at Virginia as a reverse, the Republican leads at first and for the rest of the night and then the Democratic votes shoot up at the last second when the urban northern areas come in.
