1) This is not what 'the CIA' (techinically a leaker talking about some analysts at the CIA) said.
2) The demographics of vote-counting. It's why Michigan and Wisconsin went from being pro-Trump by whole digits to narrow wins for him after the urban precincts reported in. It's a commonly understood phenomenon.

Trump should want this Russia matter cleared up. The only way an investigation poses a threat to Trump is if there's something to the Russia connection.

Because rural was counted after the city maybe?

I'm pretty sure when they mean interfered, they mean pushed for a certain outcome in the general election, not literally hacked things.

The polls were even worse for Trump in WI than PA.

There is no way a Republican wins Wisconsin but loses Pennsylvania, as PA generally goes more Republican than WI. And there is no way a Republican wins Ohio by 9 points and loses PA.
