Having an "interest" in someone isn't being in-love with them.

If you decide dedication is unnecessary to a relationship, then you probably won't hold any relationships for long. Especially not one with Scylla. Anyway, that doesn't cut the apparent fact that you see women as food. It takes a lot more dedication to hold a relationship with someone than it does to go to a restaurant, hand over your money, and to eat food. The only way you could say they don't is if you see holding a relationship with a girl as equal to going and buying a burger. Well, romantic and sexual feelings aren't the same. They coincide much of the time, but not the same thing overall. So no, 'sleeping around' could easily mean just sexual, rather than romantic, feelings.
