So flying bees are a Jewish Conspiracy?

I'd be more likely to believe that if they instinctively attacked Mel Gibson instead of Nic Cage. :p

If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

Yes beers are evidence of intelligent design. Beers show up in most global cultures. They are a great way of using grains commercially that could not otherwise be preserved for sale. Beers make life a little more tolerable for the average worker; they thus prevent unrest and social instability.

What an intelligent development beers have been!

Back to bees:
Clade hymenoptera, far from being a thorn in evolution's side, proves that behavioral biologists know what they're talking about.

They behave exactly as modeled for a species that shares more than 50% of its genes with siblings: extremely prosocial.

In the interest of science I have decided to give my opinion before reading the OP. Then I will read the OP and let you know if it has changed my opinion.

Ants are hive creatures with specialised subtypes much like bees. Some ants have wing and can fly, although most do not. The reason the non-flying ants do not have wings is because the genes to grow wings are switched off.

It seems likely that the species ants and bees descended from already had wings. Some species of insects just abandoned wings because they did not need them.

No this is not evidence of intelligent design.

Further to my work I read the whole damn thread. I learnt two new things,

Insect wings were probably evolved from gills.

There is a species of lesbian lizards that reproduce by parthanogenesis.

I think the only reason why we're so interested in fucking bees is because of memes.

To answer the question posed by the OP, of course not.

No, of course not. They kill themselves after one sting. How is that an intelligent design? What's next? A beetle that blows itself up? Bees were clearly made by a shit-flinging moron.

As you can see, it goes both ways.

Uhh...Since when do people don't get the concept of a creator god? That isn't where the confusion lies in my experience.
Your "No you" isn't constructed very well.
And what makes life so special that it can't be a coincidence if a planet has it anyways?

Except no one argued that there was no possible species "superior" than humans. We also are not assuming it was competent random. We have a very well-substantiated scientific theory that illustrates speciation. Our beliefs are rational, because we have evidence to support them.
