So, I'm thinking about what I can do about my dysphoria. I live in the UK. Now, I'm completely incapable of going up to anyone and revealing this matter, so I can hardly go to my GP and just say it. So, what can I do? I can talk about it in text and could send emails and the like as a first step, but there are no options to do that, as far as I'm aware.

Have you tried searching for trans support groups? There may be some locally.

That you identify as something doesn't mean it's a choice, necessarily. I don't see how it's implausible for a brain structure to be androgynous and somebody's gender identity to sync with that.

I am a woman too, but I do understand that some people do not identify as a man or a woman. Gender is not a binary thing.
