That implies Hitler actually had a real understanding of economics or goals besides krieg. Ernst Rohm, the Strasser brothers, even Goebbels were all socialists who admired the Soviet Union. By the late 1930's, the Nazi state was intruding more and more into the realm of private enterprise because totalitarian states cannot allow anything to exist outside it's domain. Populism was an important part of Fascism and they played it for maximum effects with mass rallies, uniforms, and a cult of action largely inspired by the anarchists.

The only "real" Fascist dictatorships that come to mind are Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy, both of whom were radicalizing again by the late 30's.

Where would the Clerical Fascists like Tiso and Codreanu enter into this?

Tiso was less a fascist and more of a, let's say, fundamentalist. The aim was to break the border between state and church, and nothing more (aside the creation of the Slovak state itself).
As for Codreanu and, subsequently, Sima, they were indeed an odd bunch, those Iron Guards. Codreanu's writings, which were admittedly stylistically decent, were more focused on spiritual than material thinking. It had quite a religious element because it solely focused on the spirit, and while one could see some social aspects, they too mimic religious aspects. For instance, his insisting of a not wealthy leadership for his nation can be compared to orders of monks who deprived themselves of wealth to be closer to their God.
As for Sima, he managed to get some power, but it turned out to be a nothing but a plot by the state head, Antonescu.

But, you leave out two probably better examples of clerical fascism: the Rex and the Ustashe. While far more realist and materialistic than the Iron Guard, they were still not as clerical as Tiso's clerical authoritarianism, so, they prove examples of more proper fascism mixed with a dependency on religious aspects in society and government.
Of course, we can't speak much of the Rex, for it burned out rather quickly and failed it's goal to rule Belgium, but we can at least focus on it's leader, Degrelle.
Degrelle has noted time and again how the end goal, for him at least, of an axis victory would be a new socialist revolution.
As for the Ustashe, while indeed they held government, due to massive rebellions throughout Croatia at that time, I do believe that they were unable to perform any major changes to the economy. Unlike the beforehand mentioned clero-authoritarianist Tiso, the Ustashe have had a long history of being nurtured by the proper Fascists in Italy. It was made quite evident by their leader, Ante Pavelic, that their ideology seemed worker oriented, claiming to bring all the capital to the hands of the workers.

Then, aside clerical fascism in general, why not mention an quite left fascist, Jose Antonio and his Falangists? As I recall, he did praise Marx and agree with him on all but religion. The proper Falangists, before being taken over by Franco, were anti-monarchist syndicalists after all. It is no surprise that Jose Antonio was a decently liked figure in both left and right circles.

It has a disproportionate role in activism relative to its actual numbers.
