What dictionary are you reading?

Maturity:
# adulthood: the period of time in your life after your physical growth has stopped and you are fully developed
# state of being mature; full development
# the date on which an obligation must be repaid
wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn

Nothing about understanding in there.

When I get too much homework, I post "This injustice must not go unpunished! These instructors are acting as bourgeoisie, forcing us to attend their establishment against our will! And we, we are forced to work, and are overworked, completing a number of assignments that consumes our entire lives! We must not allow them to do this to us any longer! Workers of the world, UNITE!" on my school's website. That's more like Annoying Student story... lol. Needless to say I was banned from my school's website, and students did not realize what I was saying was an avocation of implementation of a communist system within the education system and the country as well, until one of the less retarded students saw the hammer and sickle I posted, and decided to make the comment, "The hammer and sickle represents communist progression in Russia. Are you communist Michael?" Lol, am I communist? That wasn't the funniest part. This student honestly thinks the Hammer and Sickle represents communist progression exclusively to Russia. The symbol represents the proletariat, the people. Workers use hammers and sickles. It is a Universal symbol for communism and has been used in China, and by the Communist Workers' Party in the U.S.

Alright. I haven't once been to the principal's office, but I still do enough messing with teachers to have a little fun. Many of my friends on the other hand have been written up for doing things that I would've gotten away with because I would have done it at a different setting. That, and the mutual respect my teachers and I share. Or at least they respect me :p ...

That is the key right there: Mutual respect. It is the most important thing when dealing with other people. If the teacher gives no respect he or she will get no respect in return.

That is really funny. Perhaps you could volunteer to teach a political science course or a history course for the teachers and the students... sounds like they need it.

Yes, even with dealing with teachers I don't necessarily like I still make sure to treat them with respect.

At that point, I just stopped listening to him.

It works very well thank you. You sure seem upset about something. Do you dislike challenges to illegitimate authority structures? Are you bigoted against youth? What is wrong?

You sure seem to be a very poor judge of character. Perhaps you should work better at your issues with projection.

Do you dislike challenges to illegitimate authority structures?

No. I dislike people who try to use terms like "illegitimate authority structures". Or, rather, I dislike people who tend to deem authority "illegitimate" because they happen to dislike said authority.

Although usually column A pretty well represents column B. Nobody else seems to carry such a large chip on their shoulder to try and work in phrases like "illegitimate authority structures".

Are you bigoted against youth?

Nope, just immaturity. I'd have no problems with children, if they weren't so fucking childish.

See, that's the problem right there. You think me being a bit dismissive is "knocking you to the floor"? You think a little bad language is "yelling" at you?

You think a little casual dismissal and disagreement is pushing you around?

Kid, I ain't nothing. I'm some jackass on an internet forum, the worst about which you could say is that I irritate easily and am a little lose with my language. If you think I'm particularly mean, you're in for a VERY rude awakening.

Feelings towards the person has nothing to do with mutual respect. One can dislike a person and still respect them.

I'm not saying you were anything more than an internet jackass. I was basically comparing you to the real world jackass. I know your not doing those things, but you get the picture. I've a share of mean people before, and I wouldn't say any of them are on NS. I'm just having this conversation here and then I'll move on and never think of it again.
