My US History teacher told me that Martha Coakley was a genuine good person and so would win the Massachusetts Special Election.

Well, by de facto, it is. Christianity is the most widespread religion practiced by our people and plays a major part in our politics and social life even today.

My AP History teacher said Coolidge was a horrible president. She also claimed that the Late 1800s were an example of laissez-faire economics. She also worshiped Howard Zinn just like Hassett said, claiming he was not biased.

Alright, you bunch of smartasses, does this work better for you:
(2)(-2)=9

That's not what you wrote. The previous incarnation makes more sense - given the fact that you claim it was from an algebra teacher.

Consider the 5 'bonus' points' to be a pity gift, maybe.

That wasn't the whole problem. We're working on factoring, and when he tried to get the problem down to -9, he wrote down 2 and -2.

ADVANCED PLACEMENT??!! Somebody fire that idiot! Or get him to stop teaching the damn thing. Stage Diving Jesus Christ, I thought that was the class that DIDN'T brainwash you into all that crap.

Well, technically, yes, Deism is a sect of Christianity, but it barely follows any modern doctrine, ESPECIALLY the Bible; Thomas Jefferson, a noted Deist, tore his up and made his own, copying down the ones he believed and leaving out the ones he didn't. And I'm pretty sure Benjamin Franklin was into Satanism... but that one needs further research. O.O

Oh, you'll love this. The same teacher also asked us to explain "How the beliefs of Islam conflict with the basic America freedoms of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" or something along those lines.

Yeah, I did not make it to the end of the year in that class.

I think it was the second half of that story that was relevant.

Also, at the person who said my AP gov teacher should be fired, I don't think they fire teachers for incompetence. At least, they don't in the town I grew up in.

Oh, a different teacher once refused to believe that F0 tornadoes existed. And refused to look and told me to shut up when I brought up about eight webpages all explaining the tornado classification system, including F0s.

Whoa, okay, I wouldn't take it that far. I kinda liked the way he told the story from the point of minorities. Sure, it was overflowing with so much liberalism that I thought about registering Democrat for a second. But, that doesn't mean he was wrong, particularly THAT wrong. Wait until someone come's out with The Good History Book about how the U.S. was founded and run strictly by Catholics, or America The Great about how America just created itself out of fire and brimstone after 13 billion years of festering like a... Oh, wait... that is actually a feasible book

I have had very few teachers who told me false things. And usually, I just forget about the instances. I have had a teacher who hated me for some odd reason. She loved me the first Semester, but in the next Semester, she hated me. I still have no idea why. For instance, I asked her what political party she was oriented with(a stupid question to ask, but hey... I was young). She snapped back saying,"That is a very personal question!"
The next day, a friend of mine asked her the SAME question, and she replied,"I am Independent."
I heard it, and was disillusioned for the rest of the day.
I didn't hate her. She was an excellent teacher, who apparently had something against me. There are way more instances of this apparent hate, but this is the largest.
