Scary moment in FSX. Going round for a missed approach at Chicago, suddenly another plane flies with a few hundred feet of me. Too close.

Still they have the right to vote, and many of them actually make use of that right. They also have the right to breed, and it's amazing how good they're at it.

Common decency is something that is faked by some in order to maintain themselves in society, while others are naturally decent persons. Also there are people who may not have been overly decent from the start, but who actually bettered themselves.

For the next installment of MOAR KITTY it is to be hoped that the cat picture is not primitively defaced with Paint in order to make a visual statement without even having a fleeting grasp of Photoshop. I don't know about you people, but I demand MOAR KITTY editions of the highest quality!

I always appreciate good quality control.
The West won the world not by the superiority of its ideas or values or religion … but rather by its superiority in applying organized violence. Westerners often forget this fact; non-Westerners never do.

The most fundamental problem of politics is not the control of wickedness but the limitation of righteousness.

Need to remember that support isn't some sort of zero-sum game, and that just becuase someone is helping you with your problems does not mean someone you think is more deserving is being deprived.

With the possible exception of proper spell-checking when you're doing the NationStates routine while at work, but that's a cheap shot.

The only ones I found before claimed that religious people were less moral. I drew their metrics into questions however. How does one define moral?

The same way as any other inherently subjective concept. Assume your take on it must be the correct one.

By establishing the proper parameters that quantify values attributed to social interactions identified as more or less 'moral'.

It's my take on it. What is moral to one is not moral inherently to another.

Especially when some people consider stuff like the existence of LGBT people or tank tops immoral.

Sounds like its not something that can be done with any level of reasonable objectivity or precision.
